Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Paro (2,280m altitude) - After landing, enjoy a 1-hour scenic drive to Thimphu.
Upon Arrival in Paro, situated at an elevation of 2,280m, you will be greeted by the serene and untouched beauty of Bhutan. As you disembark at Paro International Airport, you'll immediately notice the traditional architecture and the surrounding pristine landscape.
Day 02: Exploring Thimphu - A Blend of Tradition and Modernity
Begin your day in Bhutan's capital, Thimphu. Visit the majestic Tashichho Dzong, stroll through local markets, and experience the unique fusion of ancient traditions with modern influences.
Day 03: Cultural Immersion in Paro - Discover Ancient Traditions
Return to Paro to delve deeper into Bhutanese culture. Explore the National Museum and the historic Rinpung Dzong, and wander the streets lined with traditional architecture that tell stories of Bhutan's past.
Day 04: Hiking to Tiger’s Nest Monastery - A Spiritual Journey

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
All ground transport in a private vehicle, including airport and hotel transfers.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION IN KATHMANDU:
4-star accommodation at Hotel Barahi Kathmandu on a twin/double sharing basis with breakfast.
PERMITS AND DOCUMENTATION:
All necessary permits, including Langtang National Park Entry Permit and TIMS Card.
TREKKING EQUIPMENT:
Complimentary duffel bag, T-shirt, trekking map, and sleeping bag (if necessary).
MEALS AND ACCOMMODATION DURING THE TREK:
Accommodation in the best available guesthouses on a twin/double sharing basis with standard meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
HELICOPTER FLIGHT:
Helicopter ride from Kyanjin Gompa to Kathmandu.
TRANSPORTATION:
A private luxury vehicle for all ground transportation as per the itinerary.
GUIDES AND PORTERS:
Experienced and government-licensed English-speaking trekking guide and porters (1 porter for every 2 trekkers).
STAFF SALARY AND INSURANCE:
Daily wages, insurance, meals, and accommodation for all trekking staff and porters.
MEDICAL SUPPORT:
Comprehensive medical kit carried by the trekking guide.
INTERNATIONAL AIRFARE:
Flights to and from Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu.
NEPAL ENTRY VISA FEE:
Visa fees for obtaining a Nepal entry visa (15 days: USD 30, 30 days: USD 50, 90 days: USD 125).
MEALS IN KATHMANDU:
Lunch and dinner while staying in Kathmandu are not included.
EXTRA NIGHTS IN KATHMANDU:
Extra nights' accommodation in Kathmandu due to early arrival, late departure, or any other reason outside the itinerary schedule.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Travel insurance covers high-altitude trekking, medical emergencies, and helicopter evacuation.
PERSONAL EXPENSES:
Expenses such as bar bills, snacks, soft drinks, hot showers, laundry, Wi-Fi, and battery charging during the trek.
TIPS AND GRATUITIES:
Tips for guides, porters, and drivers (tipping is expected).
ADDITIONAL COSTS DUE TO DELAYS:
Extra costs incurred due to delays caused by weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Dates & Availability
Your Langtang Valley Helicopter Trek begins with your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu, where our team will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. You can arrive at any time on the first day. The trek concludes on the final day after breakfast with a private transfer to the airport for your departure. Please ensure your flight details are shared in advance for smooth airport transfers.
